At our initial meeting, we don’t discuss advice, strategies or fees. We ask questions…and as many as we can. This is so we understand where you are now, and where you want to be. We then set about helping you achieve it.
We want to make sure you’re comfortable with your decision to seek advice. That’s why our first step is to meet with you and discuss your needs. This initial appointment comes at no cost to you. Our straightforward advice process is as follows:
- Make an initial appointment, after which you’ll receive confirmation of the date, time and location, as well as a needs analysis guide for you to complete.
- Complete your ‘Financial Needs Analysis’ before coming in for your appointment, it will be used for discussion during the initial appointment.
- Attend your initial appointment where we will review your needs analysis. No financial advice is provided during this session and it does not cost you anything.
- Once we understand your goals and requirements you will receive a written, fixed price quote for personal financial advice. This quote will cover the cost to prepare your Statement of Advice, implement all the recommendations and will detail all associated investment products costs.
